3. Appointments and Cancellations
• Booking: Appointments for our Services can be made through our website, by phone, or in person.
• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee as specified below.
Cancellation Policy: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $150.
• Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.
4. Payment and Fees
• Payment: Payment for Services is due at the time of the appointment.
• Fees: Our fees for Services are subject to change. Please check our website or contact us for the most current pricing information.
5. Product Returns Policy
If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns can be made for a full refund or equal exchange. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 3–5 business days.
